Basics of Tokenization
Do I need crypto experience to use tokenized real estate?

In the early days, tokenized projects were mainly for crypto users. Today this is changing.
Many platforms let investors register with only an email, pass KYC/AML checks, and invest in fiat currency. The platform can hold the tokens in a custodial wallet for the client, similar to an online brokerage account.
More advanced users can still connect their own wallets and interact directly with the blockchain. So, basic real estate and investing knowledge is more important than deep crypto skills.
However, understanding digital wallets, private keys, and how to keep them safe is useful, especially if you plan to self-custody your tokens.
