Are tokenized real estate deals always more profitable than traditional ones?

Tokenization can lower costs and open new types of deals, but it does not guarantee better returns. Some tokenized projects show higher yields than listed REITs, especially in niche or value-add assets.
Others perform like normal property investments. Returns still depend on location, tenant quality, leverage, and management. Tokenization mainly changes how you access the investment and how easily you can trade it.
