How do tokenized properties generate income for investors?

Tokenized properties can make money in two main ways:

1. Capital growth. If the property value goes up, the token price can rise too. Investors profit when they sell their tokens at a higher price.
2. Rental yield. If the property brings rent, a share of this income can be paid to token holders, often in fiat or stablecoins.

Some deals mix both models, for example paying rent regularly and sharing profit at sale or refinance.
