Can I invest in tokenized real estate using stablecoins or crypto?

Many platforms let investors pay with stablecoins such as USDC or USDT, and sometimes with other cryptocurrencies. Rental income can also be paid out daily or monthly in stablecoins to investors’ wallets. 

At the same time, serious projects must still do KYC/AML and keep full records, even if payments are in crypto. Some platforms also support bank transfers for investors who prefer fiat.
