There is no single timeline, but most projects take several weeks to a few months. Legal work, due diligence, valuation, and SPV setup can take the most time. 

Once the structure and documents are ready, technical setup and token issuance are much faster. The final timing also depends on how quickly regulators, notaries and banks process their part of the work.
